We will contact your offboarded employee and arrange a collection window that suits them, making the process as hassle free as possible. By letting us take care of collection, your HR staff can avoid lengthy, time-consuming discussions about retrieving the device.

Step Two – Wipe and Store

Once collected, our technical team will ensure the secure wiping and resetting of devices, adhering to ISO 27001 data security standards.

We then store devices in a secure environment until you need them again. This not only ensures data privacy, but also contributes to cost savings by repurposing existing devices instead of investing in new ones.

Step Three – Configure and Redeploy
