Limitless SIM plans FAQs
Either 1 year (Limitless 12) or 2 years (Limitless 24 months). A 24-month contract is cheaper.
Limitless data is truly unlimited for all appropriate business use. It’s very difficult to go beyond the fair usage policy in place. See our Fair Usage Policy for further details of what is considered ‘appropriate’.
We are partnered with O2 and Vodafone for our Sim contracts and aligned to their terms and conditions, the monthly price shown, add-ons and all out of bundle charges will increase on or after 31st March every year by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation published in January that year, plus 3.9%. This condition may well change so please check with us.

EU roaming is included as standard in all O2 tariffs. For Vodafone tariffs, this is included with Limitless International. For further destinations, we recommend you get in touch to discuss the specifics for your trip and to make sure your phone is correctly setup for roaming.
With TravelPlus, you can opt-in for further roaming capability in China, India, South Africa and over 70 more countries. TravelPlus roaming costs £5 per day of usage on all tariffs.
Once you have opted-in then TravelFree and TravelPlus work in the same way as EU roaming. A spending cap will be automatically applied to your number on setup to reduce surprise charges. This cap can be removed.

If you make frequent international calls from the UK, we recommend adding our International Caller package to benefit from massively reduced rates. The destinations available for the reduced rates are listed on our International Data & Call Information page.
International Caller can be added to your tariff for 77 pence + VAT per week. Calls to Europe/USA/Canada – 3p per minute. Calls to the Rest of World – 15p per minute. International texts are 2p per message.
Of course! If you need to extra data or international call allowances, it can be added to your account via a bolt-on. You can find the options and pricing for on our Bolt-ons and Out of Bundle Charges page.
Billing is sent to you monthly by email with all payments by direct debit You can keep track of your bills easily by contacting your account manager via phone or email as well.
We require 60 days notice to cancel this but there are no penalties.
We work with major providers O2 and Vodafone to provide access to the best networks in the UK with 99% coverage and 5G hotspots in the UK. Combined with our Trustpilot scare of 4.8, you can be assured that our service is second to none.
As you may know it certain areas you may only get 3G but you can drive two minutes and you get 5G coverage. It can feel odd. We can share a coverage checker with you or share your postcode with us and we’ll send you the facts..

Yes you can. If you feel that your tariff has a lower or higher data allowance than you need, then you can switch to a different option any time for just £30 + VAT. Other networks will only allow you to increase your tariff, we allow you to adjust it either way depending on your business’ needs.
If you alter your tariff, your bills and allowances will update pro-rata. So…if you were to change on the 10th of a month that has 30 days, you would be charged for 10 days at the original price and 20 days at the revised.
