Go to rewardsforteams.co.uk/invitation. Enter your Membership Number and Activation PIN. Click “Next Step”. Follow the registration process, which includes accepting the scheme’s Terms and Conditions. Remember, you must accept these to participate in the program.
Pending points are those that are awaiting verification before being credited to your account. These points cannot be spent until they have been verified.
You can view your current points balance on the Account Bar at the top of the page. For more detailed information about your points balance, visit the My Statement page.
Yes, unspent points will expire. You’ll receive several emails notifying you before this happens, giving you ample opportunity to use your points. To ensure you receive these notifications, keep your email address updated. You can also check your Statement page to see any points that are approaching expiration.
If you receive an item that is faulty, broken, or incorrect, please refer to our Returns Policy outlined in section 12 of the Terms and Conditions. You can find detailed instructions on how to address these issues there.

Spending points works like online shopping. Go to the “Spend Points” section at the top left of the screen to browse available items. When you find something you want, add it to your basket and proceed to checkout or continue shopping. Ensure you have enough points to cover your purchase.
Your company can designate a person responsible for managing the Rewards for Teams account. This individual will oversee earning and spending points. The account is shared across the organisation, and the login details can be distributed to employees if necessary.
