What if I have a domain name already?

Are there any discounts available for bigger orders?

Can I switch to other Office 365 plans?
Of course! You can transition your account to a different plan using the ‘Switch plans’ wizard in your Admin center. For example, you can upgrade from an Office 365 Business plan to an Office 365 Enterprise plan.
However if your subscription has more than 300 users or if you used a prepaid card to purchase your plan, the Switch plans wizard is not available. Plans that aren’t compatible with the Switch plans wizard can always be upgraded manually.
NOTE: If you upgrade your account, domain names are transferred to the new account, regardless of whether you brought your own domain name to the Office 365 account or you set up a domain name with Office 365.
Can I mix and match different Office 365?
Yes, although there are some license limitations at plan level you can mix and match Office 365 plans. The Office 365 Business, Business Essentials, and Business Premium plans all have a limit of 300 users, whilst the Enterprise plans can host an unlimited number of users. For example, you can purchase 300 Business Premium seats, 30 Business Essentials seats, and 50 Enterprise E3 seats on a single tenant.
If I cancel my subscription, what happens to my data?
Your data is always yours. Once cancelled, you can download all of your data—for example, your email and documents on team sites—and save it to another location. You should always try and save your data before you cancel any subscription. After you cancel, data associated with your account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.
Will Office products be identical on PC, Mac and Mobile devices?
Office applications are uniquely tailored to work best on each platform and device due to varying operating systems. The Office applications available for Mac users and the version numbers may be different from those available for PC users.
How do I install Office once I've subscribed?
To install Office 365 or Office as a one-time purchase, visit on the PC or Mac that you want to install Office on. Sign in with your Microsoft account, and follow the onscreen installation. Learn more if you need to set up your Microsoft account and install Office for the first time visit
Can I install Office on my Mac?
Yes. You can subscribe to Office 365 for either Mac or Windows here There are also available for Mac as a one-time purchase. Office applications available on Mac are Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
NOTE: The Publisher and Access applications are not available for Mac. Current Office application versions for Office 365 and Office 2016 are available for both Windows and Mac.
I have Office for Mac 2011 as part of my Office 365 subscription. How do I get the latest version of Office for Mac?
The latest version; Office 2016 on Mac, is available to Office 365 subscribers as part of your subscription. To install Office 2016 for Mac, go to and follow the instructions there.
Which Office should I install, the 32-bit or 64-bit version?
The 32-bit version of Office is installed by default and even if your computer is running a 64-bit version of Windows, we highly recommend that you install the 32-bit version of Office, as it’s more compatible with the applications and add-ins that work with Office. If you do want to install the 64-bit version of Office, just visit and follow the onscreen instructions to install the 64-bit version. It is not possible have both the 64-bit version and 32-bit versions of Office installed on the same computer.
Can I change which devices have Office 365 installed on them?
If you have installed Office on the maximum number of PCs, Macs, or tablets and want Office on a different device, you can deactivate a device by visiting after, you can install Office on a new device. The copy of Office on the device you deactivated will revert to read-only mode, which means documents can be viewed but not edited. Also, you won’t lose any documents saved locally on the original device.
Can I get a back-up copy of my Office product(s)?

How do I make sure I'm always up to date with the latest Office applications?
With an active subscription Office 365 subscribers always get the newest versions of Office applications when they become available. Whenever Microsoft release a new version of Office, you will be notified that you have the option to update your software to the latest version.
