All you need to do is let us know what device you have by selecting one of the options on the left and we will arrange to collect the device with all the original accessories such as the power cable, and that the device works.
Once we have collected your Mac, we will check it over and all the remaining data will be wiped. When the device has been inspected and it is in working condition, your account manager will be in touch to arrange the cash back or the Voucher.
