Cancel
It’s also important that businesses have the ability to scale down operations when needed, so we provide the option to cancel your lease at 18 months, too.
Own
Gain ownership of your existing equipment at the end of your lease term, subject to renewing into a new lease within 30 days of expiry, alternatively the price will be £59 +VAT.

Apple users rejoice! Our Flexi solution just got Flexier for you. If the majority of the devices you lease with us are Apple devices, you can cancel or change at 18 months instead of 24.

When can I change or cancel if I have a mix of devices?
Flexi is cancellable at 18 months if the bulk of your kit is Apple. If the majority of the devices you lease with Flexi is PC or other IT equipment, such as printers or tablets, then you can change or cancel at 24 months.

You can change or continue your lease after 18 months if the majority of the kit you lease from us is Apple. If otherwise, then it is 24 months. Alternatively, you can cancel the last year of your agreement (there is some small print on this and there is a charge of £75 to collect and data erase the device).
After 2 years into your lease, we will contact you and offer you a chance to either Change, Continue or Cancel.
Yes. At the end of your lease, you only pay a nominal fee per device and you will have full ownership of the devices.

Everyone these days is on some sort of lease or subscription. Whether it be your car, Netflix, or your mobile phone, you pay monthly for them. It’s now easier than ever to do the same thing for your hardware and save your cash flow.
We can add this for you at any time throughout your lease. This is an extra charge and will be added to your lease direct debit if you haven’t provided any details of your own policy that covers the equipment. This protects us all against any immediate loss and any knock-on consequences.
You can cancel after 2 years into your lease. Your remaining payments will then be cancelled. There is some small print on this and a £75 fee for bringing the device back and erasing the data.
You will get 3 years technical support, warranty and a free loan device should we need to collect yours for repair.
