You can trade in any of your old Macs (2018 or later for MacBook Air, 2017 or later for iMac & MacBook Pros) for a brand new one. If you have 5 old Macs, you will need to lease 5 new Macs to get the offer.

Yes, we can collect your PC device from any UK business address as well.
Yes, we will collect your iPhone from any UK address.
There are two price points for our Apple trade in scheme. When you lease with us and trade in your old Intel MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13″/16″ or iMac , we will then offer you cash back (+VAT) or voucher.
Don’t worry, your PC will be wiped of data to MOD standards. HMG Infosec Standard 5, Higher Standard 3 Used by the British Government, this 3pass overwrite adds one additional write iover your data. If you need a Certificate to prove this then please ask.
No it doesn’t, but please be honest about the condition of your device when grading it. If you tell us it’s ‘Excellent’ and we collect it to find it’s ‘Poor’ then we will invoice you for the difference in price between the two.
Our free courier service will arrive at any time between 9am and 5pm on a weekday at a location of your choice. This will be on a pre-agreed date and must be within 7 days of you receiving your new PC from us.
We will accept any PC from the year 2011 up to present.
No. However, for a smartphone that isn’t an iPhone, we will give you £50 for the phone and with an iPhone, this will be determined by the serial number of the device.
Yes it does, and we must receive a power cable/charger if it’s a laptop. If we do not, we will charge fair market value to replace this missing item. We will also need any keyboards and mice that came with the original PC.
The vouchers are only available on Apple devices but exclude any Mac products, software and Apps.

Please ensure that your item is safely packed in a box, or wrapped up tightly to prevent any possible damage back in transit. We will arrange for our courier to collect PC’s from you at no cost on a day & from a location to suit you. Please click here to arrange collection.
After 90 days, we will refund the unused portion of the voucher to the customer.

Once your new lease has gone through, we will arrange with you to collect the Mac that you are trading in. Once the Mac has been collected, arrived back here, and checked over and wiped, if all fine with the device, we will then organise the cash back and your new device delivery.
Yes, this offer only applies if you lease a new Mac with us.
We’ll ask you to ensure that your item is safely packed in a box, or wrapped up tightly to prevent damage in transit. We will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you free of charge on a day and from a location to suit you.
Once we receive your device, we will wipe it completely. When the device has been inspected and it is in working condition, we will arrange the Mac on your new lease to be sent to you and your account manager will arrange the cash back.
Yes. All prices include VAT.
We will accept any MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13″/16″ and iMac from the year 2018 up to present.
