…Hardsoft PreLoved is our way of giving laptops a second life. A full circular IT solution.

This PreLoved Windows i5 laptop is available on a contract with a minimum term of 18 months. Our PreLoved lease includes a warranty for the entire lease and automatic ownership once you cancel your lease after 18 months.

We have many other PreLoved PC computers available. All our leases are available to Business users only. There is also the option for Accidental Damage Cover, as well as the possibility of granting you a loan device if something needs to be repaired.

Our PreLoved devices have been inspected, wiped, and reset to factory settings. The 3-month initial payment is payable as a set-up fee of £75 (plus VAT), then 18 monthly direct debits. The first of these payments must be paid within one month of delivery.

Things you need to know.

Once you have chosen your Device you need to complete an online application form. We will then check your credit status. If approved we will email you the direct debit mandate and agreement to sign securely on-line. Delivery will then be arranged.

All prices exclude VAT and are quoted per week and are for Business Users only. For Flexi and Pure-Rental solutions only; an administration fee will be applied by our Direct Debit collector with the first payment & is normally £50. There is no admin fee for Flexi-Lease Plus, Pure-Rental Plus or Devices for Teams.

Our Flexi-Lease solution allows Renewal after 24 months & for Apple Mac customers then Cancellation is available subject to a fee per Device of £75 to collect and reprocess. Flexi-12 customer can Cancel at 12 months.
