Designed specifically for Microsoft Teams rooms, Yealink MVC series video conferencing solutions offer native and easy-to-use features. All meeting rooms from small to large can be covered by the MVC series video conference solution. A mini-PC with high performance has been specially designed for video conferencing rooms. Designed with both aesthetics and practicability in mind, mini-PCs fully integrate cable management into themselves to provide a flexible and reliable deployment solution for any meeting room.

A Microsoft Teams-tailored user interface makes it easy to operate with a low learning curve, and with one-touch join, you can start your scheduled Teams or Skype for Business meetings with just a few clicks. Yealink MVC840 includes two or three VCM34 array microphones (up to 6 units can be connected) and a 4K UVC84 USB PTZ camera with 12x optical zoom to meet the requirements of large meeting room.

Things you need to know.

Once you have chosen your Device you need to complete an online application form at 'Check Out'. Once processed, we will email you an agreement to sign securely online. Delivery will then be arranged to suit you.

An administration fee will be applied by our Direct Debit collector with the first payment and is £50 should the value of your order be below £23 per week. Above this then the fee will be £100.

Our 'Flexi' solution allows Cancellation and Change to new Devices after 24 months. For Apple devices, this is 18 months. Cancellation is subject to a fee per Device of £75 plus VAT to collect and reprocess.

Our 'Pure' solution is only available to established Limited Companies who have been trading for two or more years.

All prices exclude VAT and are quoted per week. Business Users only.
