Microsoft Teams rooms are designed especially for Yealink MVC 400 video conferencing. It features the native Microsoft Teams-tailored user interface, which is easy to operate and comes with a close-to-zero learning curve. You just need to walk into the meeting room and start the scheduled Teams or Skype for Business meeting. Through the use of eight MEMS microphone arrays and a 133 ° field of view, it incorporates AI technologies to provide high-quality call experience in full-deplex mode, such as face detection, sound localization, and speaker tracking.

MVC400 is the best choice for small meeting rooms with easy deployment, since it includes a high-performance MCore, a touch panel MTouch II, and a USB video bar UVC40.

Things you need to know.

Once you have chosen your Device you need to complete an online application form at 'Check Out'. Once processed, we will email you an agreement to sign securely online. Delivery will then be arranged to suit you.

An administration fee will be applied by our Direct Debit collector with the first payment and is £50 should the value of your order be below £23 per week. Above this then the fee will be £100.

Our 'Flexi' solution allows Cancellation and Change to new Devices after 24 months. For Apple devices, this is 18 months. Cancellation is subject to a fee per Device of £75 plus VAT to collect and reprocess.

Our 'Pure' solution is only available to established Limited Companies who have been trading for two or more years.

All prices exclude VAT and are quoted per week. Business Users only.
