With Teams Phone, you’ll be able assign your colleagues their own phone numbers, set up call menus to direct callers to the right department, set up audio conferencing, create freephone numbers, identify and decline likely spam calls while allowing legitimate calls through and can consult with a colleague before transferring calls to them. These features, and more, provide a truly comprehensive and intuitive telephone and communication experience for your whole organisation.
Teams Phone provides a cloud-based phone system in Teams with features such as hold, blind and safe transfers, and reporting features for professionals who manage calling solutions. You can access, listen to, and review your voicemails using playback controls, voicemail summary, and transcripts. Calls on hold can be retrieved with a unique code, using a supported app or device, which allows anyone to pick up the call from any location.
Cancellation Options- After the 12 month initial term you can cancel just with 30 days notice. For any changes to licences (including additional licences) please contact your Account Manager or email salesadmin@hardsoft.co.uk
You get 1200 minutes per month per user which are aggregated across all users within the company. However, if more minutes are needed then just let us know and we’ll add more. A bolt-on package can be included to provide world-wide calls for even greater reach for your business giving an extra 600 minutes per user per month to use for Internation calls.
