Microsoft 365 Apps include up to date downloads of the latest Office software across all platforms including Windows, Mac and Mobile. Always have the latest versions of the Office 365 suite of applications you’ve always been used to, from Word, Excel and PowerPoint to Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive for Business. PC owners also have Publisher and Access too.

Each User is licensed to use the software on up to five different devices they use. Licences can be reassigned to other users as employees change just as you can on a Microsoft Open license.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS – If you need extra licences then just ‘add to basket’ and our team will make contact to organise. If a direct debit is not already in place we will send you the link to set this up. Should your additional licences not coincide with the annual O365 renewal dates then the figure quoted below may need adjusting. We will naturally be in contact. Additional licences take 48 hours to become live. Our Tech team will liaise with the implementation.

Cancellation Options- After the 12 month initial term you can cancel just with 30 days notice. For any changes to licences (including additional licences) please contact your Account Manager or email salesadmin@hardsoft.co.uk

Things you need to know.

Once you have chosen your Device you need to complete an online application form at 'Check Out'. Once processed, we will email you an agreement to sign securely online. Delivery will then be arranged to suit you.

An administration fee will be applied by our Direct Debit collector with the first payment and is £50 should the value of your order be below £23 per week. Above this then the fee will be £100.

Our 'Flexi' solution allows Cancellation and Change to new Devices after 24 months. For Apple devices, this is 18 months. Cancellation is subject to a fee per Device of £75 plus VAT to collect and reprocess.

Our 'Pure' solution is only available to established Limited Companies who have been trading for two or more years.

All prices exclude VAT and are quoted per week. Business Users only.
