If your Device is out of support then we will let you know asap.
Until the following info is received and Support is validated then we will be unable to arrange the collection.
We strongly recommend you back up all data on your device prior to collection as data is not our responsibility. Should your repair result in your device needing to be reformatted then all data will be lost.
If the problem turns out to be a software issue as opposed to a hardware problem, then there will be a charge and we will contact you to discuss.
