Welcome to your ordering page, you will find a list of devices on the left side of the page approved by Tide for the UK and EU.  Authorised employees of Tide can select from the list their required devices and quantities once selected click “Confirm Selection”, the shipping details need to completed followed by clicking “Place Order”, Hardsoft will then get touch to arrange delivery.  For urgent orders and devices ordered for stock please make this clear in the “Set-up Notes” section.

Every UK device includes 360 Gold Support.  For EU Dell and Apple devices, in-market warranty cover and technical support is £7.50 a month per device.  You can raise a technical ticket by clicking here Raise a ticket
