Statistics for November are reflecting an average solution time at 67 minutes for reported incidents to the HardSoft Tech team. This is measured from the time we receive an initial telephone call to when the customer is satisfied and has a solution. Apple Mac customers have greater improved times at 46 minutes – but this is more of a reflection on the ease of some of the technical issues on a Mac rather than Apple customers getting better service levels.
