We Keep Your Portable Devices Protected With Accidental Damage Cover

All HardSoft Subscriptions include our 3-Year ‘No Quibble’ Warranty as standard on all leased products, but we wanted to go further.

Keep your devices protected with our Accidental Damage Protection. This extends your 3-year warranty to cover your devices that are broken as a result of an accident or a sudden unexpected event.

Accidental Damage –  Get our accidental damage protection for just £1.20 across all Apple iPhones + PC devices. Includes Dell, HP, Lenovo & Microsoft Surface devices. This covers a smashed/cracked screen, broken plastics, loss of sound, battery damage, connection problems, liquid spills and accidental drops.

Please note there is a maximum claim under this Cover of once per year per device. There is an excess to pay of £29 per Claim.

Insurance Against Loss and Theft – IS NOT INCLUDED There is a term/clause within your lease that requires the equipment to be Insured against loss. If you’re unable to provide details or proof of your own insurance specifically for your new equipment, then your payments may be increased to add an “Asset Protection Fee” (insurance) to the lease. You can forward to us your own Insurance Policy documents and we will forward these on so there are no additional charges made.

Things you need to know.

Once you have chosen your Device you need to complete an online application form at 'Check Out'. Once processed, we will email you an agreement to sign securely online. Delivery will then be arranged to suit you.

An administration fee will be applied by our Direct Debit collector with the first payment and is £50 should the value of your order be below £23 per week. Above this then the fee will be £100.

Our 'Flexi' solution allows Cancellation and Change to new Devices after 24 months. For Apple devices, this is 18 months. Cancellation is subject to a fee per Device of £75 plus VAT to collect and reprocess.

Our 'Pure' solution is only available to established Limited Companies who have been trading for two or more years.

All prices exclude VAT and are quoted per week. Business Users only.

HardSoft Ltd and its agents will make enquiries to verify the information to enable fair consideration of the application. We reserve the right to decline an application. Please see our Fair Processing Notice as to how we choose to exchange, on an ongoing basis, this information. We share information to assess creditworthiness, and product suitability, check your identity, manage your account, trace, and recover debts and prevent criminal activity.
