warranty & Tech Support

With your HardSoft lease you are entitled to THREE YEARS FREE Warranty and Telephone technical support. This includes all PC’s and Laptops.
This warranty is inclusive of all parts and labor. If your machine is faulty we offer, at no cost, a 'Collect and Return' service; whereby our courier will be sent in the next day after reporting a fault and will return this to us for repair. This has an average turnaround back to you of 4-5 days. Also included is telephone support and we offer a remote diagnosis and fault repair service.
High End Workstations
If you have a lease for one of our high- end workstations, then you get all of the above plus 3 years ONSITE support. We will come to you to fix your machine; if we cannot do it onsite then we will replace your machine with a loan machine whilst yours is being fixed. This will negate down time’ and help to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Networks and Servers
If you have chosen one of our great PC Network or Server deals then you will have a choice of packages to choose from;
Bronze, Silver or Gold.
Accidental Damage Cover
On certain products such as the Microsoft Surface Pro we offer cover against life’s small accidents. This covers cracked screens for instance from drops for three years. There is no excess to pay on this cover. This is not insurance against theft or loss and you will still need that cover.
These great options mean that you do not need a dedicated IT staff but can use our engineers for your support needs.
HardSoft has been established for over 25 years and has a team of both internal and field engineers and offer enhanced warranty options. All engineers are trained on all machines.
