At HardSoft, we offer various Support Plans to suit our different customer needs. Whether you need our basic option where you receive our 3-year warranty, loan device, and ticket-based helpdesk service or you choose our other packages, Total Support+, which includes an annual onside visit, pre-configured devices, and access to our solutions mentors or Total Support+ Enterprise, which includes remote consultancy hours, ongoing MDM device management support, lifecycle management, user cloud backup solution, quarterly strategic security review, and quarterly activity reporting.
