Warranty & Support

In the first instance please contact us to gain help, support or guidance.

All telephone technical queries and requests will be logged by our Receptionists and all telephone calls returned within an hour. We accept Telephone queries 9am – 5:30pm Mon –Fri.  On site visits are allocated on a priority basis. If for instance your Floppy drive stops working then we will give this less priority than a Server failure.

PC Systems

PC systems are provided with a 3 year parts and labour warranty. This is an ON Site service and is usually on a next working day basis but on site visits are allocated on a priority basis. If for instance your Floppy drive stops working then we will give this less priority than a Hard Drive failure.

Faulty monitors are dealt with on a manufacturers swap out basis. Smaller items, such as keyboards and mice, will be sent to you for next day delivery.

Laptops

All Laptops are provided with a 3 year parts and labour warranty. This is a collect return service. Where available we will offer you a Loan laptop whilst yours is repaired. THIS IS OVER AND ABOVE THE MANUFACTURERS 1 YEARS WARRANTY. This warranty excludes software problems that are covered via our telephone support 0844 33 086 93 or email to technical@hardsoft.co.uk

Servers

Servers are provided with a 3 year parts and labour warranty. This is an ON Site service and is usually on a next working day basis. If your Server software fails due to a hardware failure then this is covered also on-site if necessary.

As well as telephone technical support this will include Remote Access. Many issues can be resolved remotely without need for an engineer to visit.
