Kyocera Mita are the leader in the latest colour printing and you can now lease them from HardSoft that includes support & warranty with options for an Inclusive Toner Package.
Whether laser or inkjet, the principal operating expense, the cost of consumables, can be expected to represent several times the purchase price of the printer. Over a typical printer’s life, the difference in toner costs between Kyocera Mita’s printers and any competitors can amount to thousands of pounds. Unlike other manufacturers the only consumable is the toner. HardSoft use Kyocera printers in our business and is our printer manufacturer of choice.
All printers are available with an inclusive toner package; whereby we will monitor your printer remotely and despatch toners when they are needed up to an agreed monthly print usage. Should you exceed the allocation you have selected we can ‘top up’ it up by amending your subsequent direct debit payments . Alternatively you are free to buy your own.
At the end of the lease, ownership of the Printer will pass to yourselves for just £1 for you to continue to use. These lease prices are based on a two year lease, inclusive of two years warranty. Leasing of all other IT from HardSoft is over three years but the usable life of a printer is generally no more than two years.
The following lease prices include delivery and we can offer an installation service. If you can’t see the option you need please let us know. We offer colour multifunction lasers as well as A4 and A3 printing.
Toners are supplied on the basis on coverage of 5%. Toners are despatched on a timely basis so you should never be without toner. HardSoft will average usage over a 3 month moving average. This allows heavier use in some months than others. Warranty is operated by Kyocera Mita. Note that the direct debit payments for the above will be separate to any other equipment leased from HardSoft.
Once you have chosen your Printer click on the 'LEASE IT' button where you will need to complete the lease application form. Once completed this will be submitted to us by secure email. We will make a Credit Check and then contact you by telephone and email, generally the next working day, to arrange delivery. In the meantime we will email you a direct debit for your signature. Delivery is 3-4 days but please email: sales@hardsoft.co.uk for an urgent delivery or an unusual specification.
All offers are subject to credit status (BUSINESS USERS ONLY) and an identity fraud check.
All prices exclude VAT and are quoted per week based on a two year agreement that offers ownership at the expiry for £1. Direct debit payments will be collected monthly.
