The Renewal Option - How it works click here
During the lease you have the opportunity to Renew your lease with options to Return or Retain your old equipment. We can offer a renewal after 18 months on PC equipment and after 2 years on Apple Equipment, we will automatically contact you with a Renewal Option. This option will include a quotation for an updated version of your current equipment at a similar monthly rental cost. (You can specify your requirements. For instance customers with a Laptop have opted for a Desktop PC.) The three year lease term restarts and you retain Ownership of the existing equipment for your own use or re-sale.
Some recent examples are as follows:
A Management Consultant in Scotland had a Sony laptop and was paying £27 per month. He needed a Laptop with a CD-Rewriter and we supplied a new laptop with a new rental of £26 per month. He sold the old one to his wife!
A Company in South London had two Flexi Lease agreements in total paying £210 per month. We upgraded both leases and supplied an Apple Imac 17" TFT product at a new cost of £135 per month. And he took the old equipment home for the kids!
A firm of Solicitors had a Server system at £205 per month. Due to expansion at another office we upgraded the original lease, supplying a Second Server for their additional office and set up a new rental of £200.
If during the course of the Lease should you wish to Add more equipment we can amend your direct debit with the additional amount spread over the remainder of the lease. Please email sales@hardsoft.co.uk with your requirements.

You can renew before the 18 months for PC or 24 months for Mac but note your monthly costs will increase.
