FLEXI-LEASE - The Upgrade Option
After 18 months we will automatically contact you with an Upgrade Option. This option will include a quotation for an updated version of your current equipment at the same monthly rental cost. (You can specify your requirements. For instance customers with a Laptop have opted for a Desktop PC.) The three year lease term restarts and you retain Ownership of the existing equipment for your own use or re-sale. After 18 months we will offer you the same upgrade options!
Some recent examples are as follows:
A Management Consultant in Scotland had a Sony laptop and was paying £27 per month. He needed a Laptop with a CD-Rewriter and we supplied a new laptop with a new rental of £26 per month. He sold the old one to his wife !
A Company in South London had two Flexi Lease agreements in total paying £210 per month. We upgraded both leases and supplied an Apple Imac 17" TFT product at a new cost of £135 per month. And he took the old equipment home for the kids !
A firm of Solicitors had a Server system at £205 per month. Due to expansion at another office we upgraded the original lease, supplying a Second Server for their additional office and set up a new rental of £200.
If during the course of the Lease should you wish to Add more equipment we can amend your direct debit with the additional amount spread over the remainder of the lease. Please email sales@hardsoft.co.uk with your requirements.
Are you an existing customer?
If you are an existing customer who hasn't received their UPGRADE OPTIONfrom us or wish to consider an upgrade anyway please complete the following form and we will contact you within 24 hours with the options available. You can upgrade before the 18 months but note your monthly costs will increase. Similarly if you upgrade after 18 months the costs will decrease.
