New Second Gen PC laptops and discounts on previous models

We have just amended the PC Laptops shown on our website to reflect the wholesale move to the Second generation of Intel Core processors. Based around the SandyBridge chipset and currently used on all Apple MacBook Pros these Core i3, i5 and i7 processors feature USB 3.0 and are faster with many benefits. Intel 2nd Generation Core i processors are typically significantly faster than their predecessors. The new Apple MacBook Pro Core i5 laptops offer speeds that rival, if not exceed, the previous generation Apple MacBook Pro models with Intel Core i7 processors !

Another benefit is weight; a typical Toshiba laptop with 15″ screen is now 0.5kgs lighter than its predecessor…..The new Toshiba Satelite Pro R780 is available from £5.45 plus VAT per week on a three year flexible business lease. A 14″ PC laptop is now the same weight as its 13″ predecessor. The 14″ HP Probook 6460B features the i5-2410M at just £6.90 per week plus vat on lease that includes three years warranty.

DEALS ON PREVIOUS MODELS – HardSoft have for May the 15″ , Core 2 -2.1GHz , HP 620 Laptop which is 4Gb Ram and 320GB hard drive with Windows 7 Professional at a reduced price of £3.70 per week for 3 year business leasing. Office 2010 on this model has been reduced to £1 extra for the Professional version only on this HP 620 Laptop. This offer is not available to order on line so please contact us.

Mainly they lease to conserve capital…. They lease because they can make more money from what they buy than what it costs them, finance costs included. And they lease so they can pay while they use it instead of before. When companies lease they don’t need to wait to create the capital to purchase or acquire the asset. They use the lessor’s cash and let the productivity gains or cash savings generate the capital to cover the ongoing costs. Businesses which lease make fewer compromises on what they acquire and can generally afford to buy more.

*Controlling Cashflow -Spreading the cost creates instant cash flow benefits. Keeps cash in their bank when they need it most for core business activities

*Measurable return on investment – As the equipment is paid for at regular intervals, you can easily demonstrate return on investment from day 1 to their shareholders and directors

*100% Tax efficient - The lease finance payments are 100% tax allowable against profits, which means they can make their profits work harder for them

*Fixed monthly repayments

HardSoft does all this and support (Apple Authorised) the supplied equipment……..HardSoft Computers and Flexi-leasing is the true alternative to purchasing your IT equipment.

Many business people believe leasing is an expensive way of financing new computer equipment for your business. In reality all businesses lease their cars, photocopiers, franking machines, phones. The stark reality is its cheap finance and widely available whether a new or established company.

As an example……

HP 500B Mini Tower(WU345EA#ABU) – E3300 CPU,2Gb Ram,160gb hdd, dvd-rw, Win 7 pro + 19″ Sreen with Microsoft Office 2010 Home & Business.

PC World Business want £ 564 plus VAT……. Dabs want………… £588 plus VAT

HardSoft wants £608.40 BUT this is spread over 3 years. just £16.90 per month plus VAT

Forgetting about the extra such as tax allowances, inclusive 3 years warranty, upgrade & renewal options ! As a comparison against a bank well lets even go there. If banks can be bothered to lend money in these difficult times then they often want ridiculous fees, security and high interest rates. Consider IT leasing as its cheaper with many extra benefits.

As access to traditional funding remains hard; new research suggests more than three quarters of small businesses and entrepreneurs surveyed by the Entrepreneurs’ Organization & Investec Bank said they were looking to secure funds in 2010, but 59% expect this to be difficult to do !

The research suggested companies were being forved towards alternative finance sources such as leasing. 35% said they were looking at leasing to fund new equipment this year. HardSoft have been established for over 20 years and are a one stop shop for the supply and support for new IT equipment and the provider of the finance. Simple to deal with HardSoft have already experienced an increase in lease business this year. HardSoft use old fashioned lending criteria to base credit decions rather than credit scoring. We approved over 90% of customers including new start ups in February.

We now have an acceptance rate of finance for clients at over 90%. This mix also includes new start up buinesses as well.

Moneysupermarket.com this month claimed that the best high street lender is acheiving an application to lend rate of just 59%. And thats the best ! So if you are looking for business finance for you IT then consider IT leasing as an alternative to normal bank borrowing. We offer PC’s, Apple Macs and Network Servers as well as software. Not only do you have a better chance of us accepting you for finance than a Bank ; we are cheaper and we will not ask for ‘Charges’ on property . Try us as alternative to your traditional bank lending sources !
