Previously a call logging system was in operation to support HardSoft customers Apple Mac customers on lease with technical issues. This meant up to an hours wait occasionally to get that often vital support call. HardSoft now allow Apple Mac issues to go straight through to an engineer. There maybe a wait of a few minutes at exceptional times but generally you will get to speak directly to an engineer within seconds.

Should a Apple Mac need repair then the engineer can book in the repair which as standard is on a ‘collect and return’ basis inclusive of parts labour and collection charges. Customers with the enhanced on site warranty within their lease will still have access. Leasing with HardSoft regardless of equipment includes three years warranty and support. HardSoft Engineers are Apple trained and hold various Apple Service certifications and are an Apple Authorise Reseller.

This is a Next Business Day Service, nationwide,  and our engineer will deliver a loan computer should yours be unrepairable on his visit. Please contact us for further details.
