The normal Apple warranty is just one year and Apple offer 'Applecare' as an extra option. At HardSoft we offer more and every Apple comes with 3 years support warranty and many Macs come with a Loan Mac at no extra cost; whilst this is an option on all others.
As STANDARD on all Macs from HardSoft we provide a three year warranty inclusive of all parts and labour. If your Mac is faulty we offer, at no cost, a 'Collect and Return' service; whereby our courier will be sent in the next day after reporting a fault and will return this to us for repair. This has an average turnaround back to you of 4-5 days .Also included is telephone support and we offer a remote diagnosis and fault repair service
If you need more support then we offer a Loan Mac option should yours be needed to returned to ourselves. Providing we know by 4pm we will ship a loan unit for next day delivery. Your faulty Mac will be collected on the same 'collect & return' basis as our standard warranty. Alternatively you can collect a loan Mac from us and drop yours off. Most higher specification Apple Mac computers available on lease from us INCLUDE the LOAN MAC OPTION.
If you want to extend these three year warranty option then FIVE year term. The warranty can be transferred to another party should you sell the Mac. - though no Insurance cannot be transferred.
HardSoft have been established for over 25 years and have a team of both internal and field engineers and offer enhanced warranty options. All engineers are trained and regularly attend Apple certification courses. HardSoft engineers are available for ad-hoc visits for training and support services should you need help.
Also available is Insurance against accidental damage and theft with 364 days worldwide cover A fact is that over 10% of laptops will be stolen within a 3 year lease. Our all - inclusive policy carries zero excess to pay and is backed by Aegis Insurance. Claims are handled by ourselves initially and there is very little paperwork to process a speedy claim. Most Business insurance policies have a maximum claim for a computer - for which the higher values on Macs usually exceed. NB - Equipment supplied on lease must be insured either via your own insurance or by our policy. Please email email@example.com for our full policy details.
During year one you are free to contact Apple for support as well as ourselves and return Apple Macs to the Apple Store for repair. These options are over and above the normal Apple warranty. Note these Support options cannot be added after your lease has started.
