HardSoft’s Flexi-Lease is normally over a three year period; however, if your business has a short term requirement, where equipment needs to be rented then returned for a particular project or to give extra capacity during busy periods, then a fixed ONE YEAR period is available.
Simply choose which equipment and software you require from your preferred manufacturer, and all the equipment is supplied new. You have the luxury of selecting any computer from any manufacturer whether a Laptop, Graphics Workstation, Apple Mac or HP Proliant Server - and can include software.
A few examples:
Fujitsu W280 Mini Tower - Core i7 CPU, 500GB HDD, 4GB RAM, DVD-RW, 23" TFT display (ATI Fire -512mb), Windows 7 Professional @ £70 plus VAT per month.
Sony Vaio f13 Laptop - Core i5 CPU, 500GB HDD, 6GB RAM, DVD-RW, 13.3" TFT display, wireless, Windows 7 Professional @ £68 plus VAT per month.
Apple MacBook Pro Laptop - Corei5 - 2.4GHz CPU, 320GB HDD, 4GB RAM, DVD-RW, 15" TFT display, wireless, Lion OS @ £95 plus VAT per month.
HP PROLIANT ML350 G6 Tower Server - Xeon Quad Core CPU, 3 x 300GB SAS HDDs (RAID5), 2GB RAM, DVD-ROM - NO O/S @ £145 plus VAT per month.
Should you wish to retain the equipment at the end of One Year you can continue to rent this for a second year at the equivalent of 25% of the of original rental.
Warranty is included but Insurance against loss/theft/damage is not but can be added for an extra 3% for a PC system or 4.5% for a laptop.
Payment is by Direct Debit. A one off admin fee of £75 will be collected with first rental to cover delivery & collection charges.
